Itineraries

Day 1

GPS ARRIVAL/TRANSFER IN -TURTLE OBSERVATION

DAY 1: Arrival at the Galapagos airport (note that several passengers arrive on different flights and many times those passengers arriving on the first flight will have to wait for others arriving on the next flight as long as the flight difference is not more than one hour (note that waiting for other passengers does not mean that they will miss the first visit of the day as it will start in the afternoon).
The trip from Baltra airport to Puerto Ayora where your hotel will be located may take 1 ½ hours. This journey will be comprised as follows
1) airline bus inside the Baltra airport - (airport - itabaca canal 10 minutes)
2) barge (to cross itabaca channel from baltra side to santa cruz island - 10 minutes)
3) bus or car (from itabaca canal to santa cruz side to puerto Ayora 50 minutes)
Remember that the 3 points mentioned above are shared.
Reception of our staff, transfer to Santa Cruz, arrival and accommodation in the lodge / Lunch or Box lunch according to the time of arrival of the flight.
In the afternoon observation of land tortoises (under operational availability) either at the Interpretation Center of the Galapagos National Park, visiting the tortoise and land iguana exhibitors or in the upper part of the island in its natural state. Return to the hotel.

Day 2

FULL DAY PINZON

Transfer to the Itabaca Channel on Santa Cruz Island, where you will board a boat. The trip from Puerto Ayora to the Itabaca Channel takes approximately 45 minutes . From the Itabaca Channel, you will go to Daphne, 15 minutes by boat. Once at Daphne you will snorkel for about 45 minutes and you will also be able to observe birds from the boat, specifically birds such as blue boobies, masked boobies and frigate birds. After Daphne, we will continue sailing to a beach called "Bahia Borrero" where you can snorkel or just relax on the beautiful beach. And then Pinzon Island where you will spend most of the day. Here you will be able to jump into the water and experience some of the best snorkeling in the world.

Day 3

FULL DAY ISLA ISABELA

Breakfast/Departure from Puerto Ayora to Puerto Villamil, estimated arrival in 2 hours 30 approximately, the activities to do are the following: we disembark at the pier, then take a transport that will take us to the breeding center Arnaldo Tupiza where we can observe giant tortoises typical of Isabela Island, we will visit the flamingos pond to observe the majesty of these birds.
In the afternoon we will visit Concha Perla, an exceptional place for snorkeling or scuba diving, where we can enjoy the marine life of Galapagos. Return to Santa Cruz Island / DINNER

Day 4

FULL DAY SAN CRISTOBAL

According to the availability of operation we will assign the visit site on this day such as:
Option A: Transfer to San Cristobal Island (Boat 2 ½ hrs approx.) We will visit the Interpretation Center, which shows the natural and human history of Galapagos through an interpretive tour. We will snorkel and swim in Tijeretas to observe tropical fish. Then we will visit Playa Man, where we will have time to enjoy the beach and see the main attraction which is a colony of sea lions that have taken this place. We will snorkel and swim in Tijeretas to observe tropical fish, lunch / return to Santa Cruz Island / DINNER.
Option B : Transfer to San Cristobal Island (Boat 2 ½ hrs approx. ) we will visit the upper part of the island where we will find the Laguna del Junco (fresh water reservoir formed by a natural crater of volcanic origin) we will advance 6 kilometers more and we will visit the Galapaguera, where the Giant Tortoises endemic to this island live in natural pens, we will also enjoy the beach in Puerto Chino, we will arrive at a path of easy access, from where you must walk about 15 minutes to be on the beach which is very fine white sand, and is an excellent place for recreation and relaxation. It is also an ideal place to observe seabirds feeding, lunch / return to Santa Cruz Island / DINNER.

Day 5

FULL DAY SANTA FE

Breakfast / Departure in the morning to Santa Fe Island approximately 45 minutes of navigation, place where you will make a panga ray observing seabirds such as blue footed boobies, gulls, terns and observe the walls and cliffs home of seabirds, then proceed to snorkel in two different points, These places have a depth of 3 to 4 meters deep with an abundant marine life (all precautionary measures must be taken when snorkeling).
We will sail to Playa Escondida a distance of 25 minutes from Santa Fe is a beach of beautiful landscapes with crystal clear waters for snorkeling or swimming in this place you can take a walk to observe colonies of marine iguanas in their natural state, you can appreciate their behavior and their way of life, on this beach you can relax, sunbathe, swim etc..
Note: (snack, drinks and lunch will be served on board).
In the afternoon return to Santa Cruz.

Day 6

FULL DAY FLOREANA

Breakfast / transfer to Floreana Island Once in Floreana we will go to "Asilo de la paz" in a chiva, here the attractions are based on historical concepts. In the Asilo you will be able to go to the pirates cave and also to the fresh water fountain. These two sites are located in the upper part of Floreana.
In addition, you will also learn about the first families that arrived and settled in the Galapagos Islands, and the famous true story of the "Baroness", who was a woman who had her two lovers and pretended to be the owner of the Island.
Lunch/ Afterwards we will visit "La Lobería" which is a 900 m long path. Here we can also go snorkeling where we can observe iguanas, turtles and sea lions. Then we will continue to Playa Negra so you can relax and enjoy the beach. Return to Santa Cruz Island / DINNER.

Day 7

TRANSFER OUT/ATO

Breakfast, at the hotel transfer to the airport.
NOTE: Remember that the meaning of operational availability is that the operator at destination assigns which of the two activities to perform according to the operation, this does not alter the visit because in any of the two sites you will find the same species of animal.
